The withdrawal of the entire amount on the balance from the advertising account is not possible if 
an advertising account has a running campaign or a campaign in the “activation in progress” status.

The amount available for withdrawal will be equal to the difference between the balance on the advertising account 
and the reserve funds necessary to ensure the functioning of the campaign until it stops completely 
(the average processing time for this action is 30 minutes).

• Minimum reserv fund is 300 rubles for each campaign;

• The reserve amount is calculated based on the last expense for the day

If you want to withdraw all funds from your account:

• Your account must have at least one advertising campaign
• All campaigns are in the status - "Campaign is inactive" or "Campaign has been archived"
• At least 180 minutes should pass after point 2

MyTarget

500 rubles are reserved for each active advertising campaign.

To return all funds from your advertising account you sjould: 

• Transfer all active campaigns to “deleted” status
• 90 minutes should pass after point 1
