An unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement - a public offer - is the registration of the Customer on the ZaleyCash website. The Agreement on the use and regulation of relations can be found here.
Working with ZaleyCash you should follow the uniform rules:
do not replace websites/landing pages after passing the moderation;do not use comebackers on the landing pages;for products with restrictions, agreed upon before the launch of the campaign -do not violate the requirements for geo-targeting and broadcasting time;do not violate other rules established by each network.
In case of violation of the rules, the site administration has the right to block access to the personal account of the network within that the violation was occurred. All the payments in the account for this network will be frozen. Repeated violation gives us the right to block your account in the ZaleyCash service completely with all the accounts and active balances. We kindly ask you to review the work of our service carefully. At the request of the network or by decision of the ZaleyCash administration the account may be blocked after the first violation.
By registering in the service, you confirm that you have read the rules and undertake to use it for its intended purpose - to top up advertising networks or to work under the referral program. If suspicious transactions are detected (fraudulent or suspected of fraud), the service administration has the right to refuse the withdrawal of funds and block the account.
